About The Position

We are seeking a proactive individual who can update and process data and opportunities in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. This role goes beyond simple data input, focusing on high-volume management, complex record auditing, and the optimization of data entry workflows. The accuracy and completeness of accounts, leads, and sales records are the core responsibilities. This role reports to the VP of FP&A, but their customers will be sales staff as they directly engage with sellers to create opportunities and orders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud including a strong proficiency in platform navigation and data entry functions
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle complex data discrepancies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of data and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively with cross functional team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and English written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain high-volume, complex opportunity and quote data within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Perform data quality checks, identify errors or redundancies, and implement rules or processes to correct discrepancies and improve overall data hygiene.
  • Generate reports and data summaries from Salesforce to provide insights to management and various teams (Sales, Legal, FP&A, Revenue Ops), ensuring data is usable for key decision-making.
  • Look for ways to improve data collection processes, suggest workflow solutions, and assist in designing forms or templates for efficient data capture.
  • Will collaborate with and may assist in training staff members on data entry best practices and system usage.
  • Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols, handling sensitive customer and company information responsibly.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators or Developers to address complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure seamless data accessibility.
