We are currently expanding our presence in Latin America and looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. This job is 100% remote and is a contract role
Requirements
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
- Experience with development and management of marketing and communication campaign automation
- Evaluation of analytics and reporting for marketing decision making
- Social channel management as part of a larger marketing strategy
- Oral and written English communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/clients and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of both b2b and b2c marketing and communication is a plus
Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement and manage Marketing Cloud solutions
- Develop data model structures, data flows, formulas and workflow automation
- Develop solution documents, requirement documents, discovery documents for internal and external review
- Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Develop quality assurance procedures
- Provide quality assurance and user acceptance testing support as required
- Coordinate and communicate with an international team of project resources
- Demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams
- Manage task and work tickets, including description and acceptance criteria
- Work in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products.
