About The Position

The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvements in performance of Salesforce.com at QBE by enhancing in-system usage, processes, data management, and user case queries. This role involves managing a Super User Community, balancing Divisional Business Development initiatives with Global Strategic initiatives, and collaborating with project and non-project teams in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing effective support for Salesforce.com users on a global platform.
  • Acting as an initial point of escalation for complex improvement opportunities, and system and process-related problems.
  • Managing System Change Releases including communicating and training changes to users and stakeholders.
  • Leading the transition to and delivery of Business Unit reporting and dashboard performance management.
  • Managing and engaging with the Super User Community to build and maintain strong productive working relationships.
  • Responsible for improving data quality to enable performance management and business insight.
  • Providing direct support and coaching to end users, educating and engaging with them in local forums and business meetings.
  • User management process governance and troubleshooting.
