The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvements in performance of Salesforce.com at QBE by enhancing in-system usage, processes, data management, and user case queries. This role involves managing a Super User Community, balancing Divisional Business Development initiatives with Global Strategic initiatives, and collaborating with project and non-project teams in a virtual environment.
