Work You'll Do Project Management: Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning, discovery, and design to configuration, testing, and deployment—ensuring solutions align with business requirements and established timelines. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with workstream leads and client stakeholders to modernize housing and sheltering workflows, and dynamic assessment modules for seamless service delivery and compliance. Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technical leaders to define program requirements, prioritize deliverables, and communicate project progress, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving modernization goals. Program Impact: Direct design and implementation of integrated public sector housing and sheltering platform, automating workflows and improving service delivery, compliance, and accessibility for high-need populations. Platform Enablement: Oversee delivery of sprint demos and tailored training sessions to drive user adoption and showcase new Salesforce capabilities. Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify ways to optimize business processes and elevate system performance through automation, and user feedback.
