Salesforce project experience4-6 Yrs. Business Analyst experience4-6 Yrs. Salesforce (Functional) experience•    Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements definition, business analysis, fit gap analysis and mapping•    Understand all aspects of Sales and Service business processes and how Salesforce Sales and Service cloud.•    Experience aligning SFDC technologies with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.•    Technical and business requirements gathering, and effective positioning of SFDC solutions to meet those requirements.•    At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience which should include One full cycle Salesforce Sales implementation experience.•    Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Salesforce suite of products (Sales, Service, Experience etc.)•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.•    Strong communication, listening and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders•    Significant Consulting/client facing background, Expertise in workshop facilitation and information elicitation in large group settings•    Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements•    Assist with ongoing system administration including but not limited to: creating and modifying Users, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Automated Alerts, Field Updates, Page Layouts, Data Integrity standards and practices and Security functionality•    Create customized reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics•    Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads and data exports•    Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives•    Maintain all system documentation and SFDC policies/procedures•    Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed•    Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues•    Oversee integrated business applications and ensure they function•    Understand how Salesforce integrates with our other CRM solutions and customer/business intelligence databases  Long DescriptionLife at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. Requirements

  • 5+ Yrs. Salesforce project experience
  • 4-6 Yrs. Business Analyst experience
  • 4-6 Yrs. Salesforce (Functional) experience
