About The Position

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: At least 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments. And having Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Certification. Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Salesforce FSL and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time. Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (both Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems. Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards. Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture. Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively Roles & Responsibilities: Should be Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud consultant. Should be Developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and architecture roadmaps to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions Should be Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce FSL and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
