Salesforce Engineering Manager - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). - Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. - Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies (e.g., CI/CD, code reviews, security, and data management). - Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. - Stay abreast of Salesforce platform releases, emerging features, and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities. - Drive automation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration.
