About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience across core Salesforce CRM modules and familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud and warranty management solutions. This role will support customer-facing, sales, and post-sale warranty processes, ensuring seamless data flow between Carlisle’s Salesforce environments and other supporting applications while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with an understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or warranty-driven business processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and data models
- Skill in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Skill in building and supporting system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Skill in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce performance
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), including experience with complex, enterprise-level projects
