Salesforce Developer Vantor’s Sales Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to help build, scale, and optimize our Salesforce platform as a core engine of our go-to-market and operational infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of business process, data, and platform engineering, ensuring that Salesforce supports growth with speed, reliability, and intelligence. You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that improve pipeline execution, customer experience, and internal efficiency. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building scalable systems in a high-growth SaaS environment and wants ownership over a mission-critical platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits.
  • Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, version control (Git), and deployment frameworks (e.g., SFDX, CI/CD).
  • Ability to design maintainable, scalable solutions in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s).
  • Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, CPQ, or customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools, release automation, or large-scale Salesforce orgs.
  • Experience working in SaaS, high-growth, or PE-backed environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools.
  • Build scalable automation for lead management, opportunity workflows, revenue operations, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Optimize system performance, data models, and business logic to support growth and complexity.
  • Partner with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to the business on what is possible, scalable, and maintainable within Salesforce.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that span CRM, integrations, data, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and reliability across systems such as billing, marketing automation, support, and finance.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and sandbox management.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Write technical documentation and support ongoing platform governance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data quality problems.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve how Salesforce is used across the company.
