Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer with proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a distributed global team, taking ownership of end-to-end solution design, integration with in-house platforms, and infrastructure. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $115k - $125k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features, custom configurations, and custom code. Work closely with development leads and architecture teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Implement end-to-end integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, acting as a go-to resource within the team. Contribute to continuous improvement through refactoring, debugging, and optimizing existing applications. Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Flosum, and ANT Migration Tool.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata API, ANT migration, and DevOps processes.
  • Proven experience in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and working with tools like Workbench.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE, ME, BSc, MSc).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Background in Wealth Management or Financial Services industries.
  • Experience working with data teams to load/export large volumes of data to/from Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem products and their integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development, and software design patterns.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and embracing challenges.
