Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics work including system configuration, model building and developing reports or dashboards with TM1 experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • Experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics work including system configuration, model building and developing reports or dashboards with TM1
  • Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
  • Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of HR business processes
  • Experience implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations successfully
  • Experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development, staging, production (or equivalent) deployment cycles
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

  • Advanced certification in Salesforce development
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise CRM implementations
  • Knowledge of integration strategies across complex technical ecosystems
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering innovative technical solutions
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics technology platforms
