About The Position

The Salesforce Developer is a pivotal role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and customization techniques. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. Only candidates currently residing in the United States who are U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders are eligible for this role.

Requirements

Total Salesforce development experience of 5+ years working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
Salesforce Certifications- PD1 and PD2 (MUST)
Strong experience in writing code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura & Web) as per Salesforce Best Practices (MUST)
Decent knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript
Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like – Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows (MUST)
Decent experience working on Salesforce Integration

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
Have good understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions LPI Module and Experience Cloud
Hands-on expertise in LWC and Apex Development
Ability to provide detailed design from Architecture and High-level Design
Experience in Agile Implementation and able to manage deployment process
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce functionality.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend best practices and optimizations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation details.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
