About The Position

The Salesforce Developer is a pivotal role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and customization techniques. The Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. Only candidates currently residing in the United States who are U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders are eligible for this role.

Requirements

  • Total Salesforce development experience of 5+ years working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
  • Salesforce Certifications- PD1 and PD2 (MUST)
  • Strong experience in writing code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura & Web) as per Salesforce Best Practices (MUST)
  • Decent knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript
  • Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like – Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows (MUST)
  • Decent experience working on Salesforce Integration

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
  • Have good understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions LPI Module and Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on expertise in LWC and Apex Development
  • Ability to provide detailed design from Architecture and High-level Design
  • Experience in Agile Implementation and able to manage deployment process
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend best practices and optimizations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation details.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
