About The Position

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Salesforce - Omniscript Developer for a remote position on our Federal programs in Arlington, VA. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Implement and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and service automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services. Configure and customize Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) to create engaging customer and partner communities. Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and improve application performance. Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and create efficient workflows. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.

Requirements

  • Federal Client requires US Citizenship
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
  • Expertise with OmniStudio - specific experience creating OmniScripts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce Flows.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is required - Platform Developer 2 certification is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
