One last thing: Our four-day week continues in Summer 2026! We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer Intern to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Salesforce developers and administrators to build custom solutions that meet our business needs. You will also get hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. This internship is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about technology and interested in pursuing a career in Salesforce development. This position will require 3 days in our Centreville office, subject to change with future business needs.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for learning and working with Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Salesforce development, administration, or configuration.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
  • Familiarity with ETL Concepts.
  • Familiarity with AWS Glue.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience with version control tools, such as Git.

Responsibilities

  • Active development on our Agent facing applications built on the Salesforce platform using both programmatic and declarative toolset.
  • Participate in design, architectural reviews, code reviews, and unit tests.
  • Review business requirements/ functional specifications requirements.
  • Work with QA team in analyzing and resolving production issues and defects.
  • Work with Team on developing integrations.
  • Participate in the full SDLC including meetings and design sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative team to identify and resolve issues.
