Position Overview: Freddie Mac is seeking a talented and motivated AI enabled Developer Associate to join our Product delivery team. In this role, Individual will contribute and accountable for Design, Development, Testing and Implementing Salesforce enhancements, Salesforce Experience cloud, building scalable and resilient microservices using MuleSoft that integrate seamlessly with internal Freddie Mac systems. Individual will also be responsible for enhancing the DevOps process to make it more efficient and seamless. As an Associate Developer, individuals will work with development Lead to solution and develop code for Business and Technical requirements. This is a hands-on development position with core responsibilities that involve coding, configuration in Salesforce, Mulesoft, applications and leverage Java /Unix/python scripting as required to support the platform. Enhance Experience cloud to support external customers Update the DevOps process using in-grown tools and process and assist in identifying efficiencies Update and maintain the test automations suite built using Cucumber/Selenium Deliver projects in Agile methodologies Support planning activities, such as impact assessments, level of effort analysis and developer task assignments Integrate microservices with the salesforce platform using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events and other integration mechanisms like MuleSoft Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed Support production issues when required Qualifications 2 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Salesforce, backend development and API Integration 2 - 4 years' of hands-on professional IT experience within an agile organization Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $85,000 - $127,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Salesforce, backend development and API Integration
