About The Position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the Salesforce Quote to Cash Consulting team you will lead the design of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations. As a Director you will execute complex programs, support business development efforts, and drive differentiation in PwC's offerings. This role is pivotal in driving growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, all while fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
9 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred
One or more Salesforce.com certifications preferred
Bringing functional domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and advising clients on trends
Crafting and presenting compelling client presentations and briefings with clarity
Leveraging storytelling to connect technology with business
Developing data-driven business cases for clients that articulate the ROI for investment for complex CPQ / Billing programs
Mentoring and developing future leaders
Promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
Possessing prior experience in the consulting industry
Experience with Agile methodologies
Understanding of monetization models: transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based
