Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, operations or process improvement (areas of IT or sales preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce.com administration or backend support
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Agile framework (product owner role preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business operations challenges
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop a business case
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance
- High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization; experience in sales training preferred
- Ability to effectively influence change across a national field team
- Experience with multiple Salesforce.com cloud platforms, such as Marketing Cloud, Communities and Service Cloud
- Expert-level Excel skills with advanced understanding of complex data structures and analysis
- Experience with budget analysis and value definition
