Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, operations or process improvement (areas of IT or sales preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce.com administration or backend support
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Agile framework (product owner role preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business operations challenges
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop a business case
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization; experience in sales training preferred
  • Ability to effectively influence change across a national field team
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce.com cloud platforms, such as Marketing Cloud, Communities and Service Cloud
  • Expert-level Excel skills with advanced understanding of complex data structures and analysis
  • Experience with budget analysis and value definition
