About The Position

Key Responsibilities Test Leadership & Strategy ¿ Own and define the overall test strategy for Salesforce CG Cloud programs ¿ Lead System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT ¿ Estimate testing efforts, plan resources, and manage testing schedules ¿ Ensure test coverage across all CG Cloud business processes Functional Expertise ¿ CG Cloud ¿ Act as functional SME for Salesforce CG Cloud modules: o Retail Execution o Visits & Activities o Orders & Inventory o Trade Promotions & Pricing ¿ Translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios ¿ Validate complex retail execution flows, visit journeys, and promotion logic ¿ Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotion execution at store level Test Design & Execution ¿ Review and approve: o Test scenarios o Test cases o Test data ¿ Ensure end-to-end and cross-module coverage ¿ Oversee mobile testing for Salesforce CG Cloud Mobile App (online/offline sync) ¿ Perform critical hands-on testing for high-risk areas Defect & Quality Management ¿ Drive defect triage, prioritization, and closure with development teams ¿ Ensure clear root cause analysis and retest validation ¿ Track and report quality metrics (defect density, leakage, test progress) Stakeholder & Team Management ¿ Lead and mentor QA team members ¿ Conduct test walkthroughs with business users ¿ Provide test status dashboards and executive-level reports ¿ Act as primary QA point of contact for business and delivery teams ________________________________________

Translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios
Validate complex retail execution flows, visit journeys, and promotion logic
Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotion execution at store level
Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, and test data
Ensure end-to-end and cross-module coverage
Oversee mobile testing for Salesforce CG Cloud Mobile App (online/offline sync)
Perform critical hands-on testing for high-risk areas
Drive defect triage, prioritization, and closure with development teams
Ensure clear root cause analysis and retest validation
Track and report quality metrics (defect density, leakage, test progress)
Lead and mentor QA team members
