The Salesforce Business and Technical Design Analyst II focuses in satisfying business requirements & business process flows while participating in the development and software delivery of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for L.A. Care. This position participates in full software development life cycle from UI/ UX and technical design to development, testing and deployment of the client solution on Salesforce platform leveraging, fully Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities. This position may use APEX and Visualforce to create unique customer-based solutions, and participate in the estimation and timeline processes.
