About The Position

The Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in driving rapid, high-impact improvements on the Salesforce platform and its integrated systems. You will work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager; This position focuses on quick-win enhancements that deliver immediate business value and operational efficiency. In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable requirements for smaller features, ensuring fast turnaround from analysis to deployment. Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria for small-scope features

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including standard objects, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Familiarity with UAT coordination and execution
  • Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a bias for action
  • Demonstrated capability to clearly and concisely document processes and requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver enhancements quickly, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Ability to clarify vague or misleading requests by probing for underlying problems and translating them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Business Analyst certification or equivalent
  • Experience with integrated systems connected to Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Exposure to Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Background in customer service or operations processes
