The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and designing Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery using advanced Salesforce Administration skills. Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Ensure successful project delivery by providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst Role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce: Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to create and prioritize user stories, refine backlog for development team.
  • Experience supporting the development of the technical architecture model of a SFDC project.
  • CPQ (Revenue Cloud) knowledge and certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the team during design, configure, and customize Salesforce application built in Sales, Service or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for business functionality and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
