Job Purpose: As a Salesforce Associate Consultant, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training program, participate in hands-on projects, and be mentored by senior leaders within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to contribute to exciting projects, solve real business challenges, and grow your skillset.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Computer Science (or related fields).
• Strong academic performance and a passion for technology
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with specific software or tools related to the role.
• Leadership experience, whether through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or school projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations within your department (e.g., AI, Salesforce, software development, data analysis]).
• Participate in training and development programs to build a strong foundation of technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide input or solutions.
• Learn to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations and provide innovative solutions.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members, managers, and clients (if applicable).
• Take on increasing responsibilities over time as you gain experience and expertise in the role.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, meetings, and strategic planning as required.
