About The Position

Salesforce Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Sales, service certifications required Marketing cloud exposure required Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution Working knowledge in data migration and integration Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc) Strategy and roadmap building for salesforce features, functionalities and future releases Deep product knowledge on sales and service cloud and not only customization

Requirements

Sales, service certifications required
Marketing cloud exposure required
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
Working knowledge in data migration and integration

Deep product knowledge on sales and service cloud and not only customization

Responsibilities

Execute quick POC
Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Onsite-offshore co-ordination
