About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and enterprise AI integrations. This role combines business consulting, solution architecture, and hands -on technical leadership to design and deliver AI -powered Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, design scalable Agentforce solutions, and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years IT experience; 8–12+ years Salesforce; 5+ years as Technical/ Solution Architect.
• Hands -on experience delivering Agentforce or AI -driven Salesforce solutions.
• Strong Salesforce skills: Apex, LWC, Flow, integration design, platform security, data modeling.
• AI expertise: Agentforce design, prompt engineering, AI agent orchestration, Einstein AI, AI guardrails, RAG architectures.
• Integration experience: REST APIs, Platform Events; MuleSoft preferred.
• Strong consulting mindset, problem -solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Vector database concepts, LLM integration patterns, AI evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize Agentforce use cases.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand processes and automation opportunities.
• Translate business problems into AI agent requirements and solution designs.
• Define conversation flows, agent responsibilities, and KPIs for AI adoption.
• Design end -to -end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Architect scalable Agentforce solutions with orchestration, guardrails, and data access patterns.
• Document architecture, agent designs, prompt strategies, and integrations.
• Design RAG architectures leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data.
• Build and configure agents using Agentforce Studio, Prompt Builder, Flow orchestration, and Apex integrations.
• Develop AI prompts and grounding strategies; contribute to Apex, LWC, and integration development.
• Troubleshoot AI/platform issues and guide development teams.
• Provide technical leadership and establish AI best practices.
• Define reusable AI solution patterns and mentor developers on AI -assisted techniques.
• Promote AI tools for development acceleration, test automation, and documentation.
• Architect integrations with enterprise platforms and external LLM providers (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Google).
• Define data grounding, governance, and AI access patterns.
• Translate requirements into technical user stories and solution approaches.
• Support pre -sales discussions, estimate efforts, and identify risks.
