We are hiring immediately for a Salesforce AI Revenue Operations Strategist to build, own, and optimize our CRM and AI-driven lead strategy. This role operates primarily inside Salesforce and directly impacts pipeline growth. This is not a task-based role - you will not be handed daily assignments. You are expected to build the process, manage it, improve it, and report on measurable results. This is a full-time, in-office position located at VP Racing's Corporate Headquarters, 10205 Oasis Drive, San Antonio, TX 78216. You’ll be in the middle of the action, working alongside the people who make VP Racing run. Come be part of it!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (we’re open-minded on the major) OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - internships, certifications, or hands-on experience accepted. We’ll build on whatever you bring.
  • Advanced Excel skills - formulas, filtering, and organizing large datasets.
  • High comfort level using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) independently to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive personality - able to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Salesforce CRM - data structure, workflows, imports, routing logic, automation, and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, organization, and usability across the sales pipeline
  • Partner with Sales divisions to understand objectives and translate them into CRM-driven execution strategies
  • Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar tools) to research, gather, structure, and enrich prospect data
  • Build scalable systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and CRM integration
  • Prepare and manipulate large datasets in Excel before importing into Salesforce
  • Deliver clean, structured, campaign-ready data to Marketing
  • Track key metrics and demonstrate measurable pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Continuously improve systems and processes without waiting for direction
