We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports Noria Energy’s rapid growth and cross-functional business needs. You’ll serve as the primary Salesforce expert, owning system configuration, data integrity, automation, reporting, and user support to help teams operate efficiently and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Proven experience administering Salesforce in a business environment (typically 2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, data management, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users and document processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce CRM, responsible for overall configuration, maintenance, and system health.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, licenses, security settings, permission sets, and access controls.
  • Customize Salesforce through fields, objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, automated flows, and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational visibility and business insights.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity, including deduplication, validation, imports/exports, and regular audits.
  • Provide end-user support, training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to promote adoption and effective use of Salesforce.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and new features, implementing updates and enhancements aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications and internal systems as needed.
