Position Overview: Ashton Woods is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and drive the continued adoption and availability of Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator is part of a team responsible for strategy, oversight, ongoing maintenance, training, and user support for the Salesforce system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Administration, including all aspects of configuration.
  • Experience developing Salesforce in Lightning-enabled organizations.
  • Experience creating and modifying automation; via flows and process builders; and managing data sharing rules.
  • Experience training end users in new functionalities.
  • Experience driving the full life cycle (e.g., requirements, solution design and development, testing, deployment).
  • Capable in the use of Apex Data Loader and other tools relevant to the platform.
  • Experience leveraging and integrating Salesforce with third party applications.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
  • Employees in the position are required to be able to hear and have sufficient vision to utilize all office equipment.
  • Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment.
  • Ability to drive an automobile for required travel
  • Requires occasional lifting to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Salesforce Admin or similar certification preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and support for 500+ users of Salesforce.
  • Provide Salesforce users with technical support, training, and new sales team onboarding.
  • Implement and manage custom objects, workflows, notifications, and packages.
  • Develop and execute a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) roadmap to ensure Salesforce continues to provide positive impact based on the organization's growing needs.
  • Maintain data integrity, develop metrics, reports, dashboards, design solutions to provide visibility into business operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in the data model, workflows, and page design.
  • Remain up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements.
