The Conservation Fund (non profit) is building out there CRM in Salesforce and is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with (4-5 years of experience) to assist with multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience building CRM's, configuration, decommissioning/building reports, communicating with end users. Salesforce Administrator certification. 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, preferably in a nonprofit environment. Experience developing reports and dashboards in a Salesforce environment. Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Experience collecting user requirements and translating requirements into technical specifications or business process solutions. Ability to build and forge strong relationships with internal and external team members while understanding their business objectives. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varied complexity utilizing cross-functional teams in multiple locations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team navigating internal resources through risks, issues, challenges, and delays with minimal escalations. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; diligent and high attention to detail in completing responsibilities.
