You are a hands-on Salesforce Administrator and strong problem solver who enjoys digging into complex challenges and figuring out practical, scalable solutions. You understand how CRM systems support real-world sales teams and are comfortable owning day-to-day administration while also supporting more advanced Salesforce capabilities, including automation, AI-driven insights, and sales productivity tools. You enjoy partnering with business teams, asking the right questions, and translating needs into Salesforce solutions that actually work. As a Salesforce Administrator at FPG, you will own and optimize our Salesforce environment while supporting sales automation, AI-driven insights, and CRM integrations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure Salesforce enables efficient, scalable growth. This role is ideal for an administrator who wants exposure to more advanced Salesforce capabilities, including Einstein for Sales and Agentforce, without stepping fully into a Solutions Architect role.
