The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for contributing to the team by working on the ongoing development of our salesforce.com global deployment and maintenance with a specific focus on the North America Sales team. This role will work closely with the primary SFDC system administrator and Sales Operations Manager, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is part of the Global Business Insights and Analytics and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with a strong understanding of standard methodologies and functionality
  • Knowledge of the sales and service cloud, with the ability to build formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups and ensuring salesforce helpdesk issue are resolved in a timely manner
  • Basic understanding of how to integrate SFDC, SAP, and informatica

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Use, development and maintenance of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and CPQ (Quoting tool)
  • Salesforce data loader experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce components including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and approval processes as well as test, evaluate and complete new development requests
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups
  • Prioritize, design, and facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of new processes
  • Participate in final acceptance testing, verifying with stakeholders, and deploying new functionality to production, and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner
  • Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, and assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users

  • The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
