About The Position

Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator IV. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving Salesforce platforms to support organizational efficiency, user adoption, and system security. This role involves managing user access, automating workflows, ensuring data integrity, and implementing system upgrades and security measures. The administrator also partners with stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable across the enterprise and integrated applications/plugins/tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Security+ CE
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user management, security, automation, and system optimization.
  • Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and AppExchange solutions.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergencies.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Monitor Salesforce system performance, data integrity, and availability.
  • Implement Salesforce security measures, including multi-factor authentication, IP restrictions, and field-level security.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
  • Maintain system documentation and create end-user training materials.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and release readiness activities.
  • Manage Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production orgs.
  • Implement Salesforce integrations with other systems or applications using APIs, middleware, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Support Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes) to reduce manual work.
  • Monitor system logs, errors, and integrations to ensure operational continuity.
  • Partner with Salesforce developer teams to align platform with enterprise security and compliance standards.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 Salesforce support, resolving complex user issues.
  • Deliver onboarding and training for new users.
  • Support governance processes, data stewardship, and system change management.
  • Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and optimize CRM functionality.
