Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with Business Analyst capabilities to help shape, optimize, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding business challenges, mapping processes, and translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to design efficient workflows and ensure Salesforce supports our business at its best. This is not just configuration; it's process optimization, solution design, and cross-functional problem-solving. This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, including involvement in business analysis or process design work.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; CPQ exposure is a plus (not required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; BA or Sales Cloud certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and designing scalable CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in building sophisticated Flows and leveraging declarative automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, ideally supporting or partnering with GTM teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related GTM tools.
  • Build and optimize reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Design and implement declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes).
  • Maintain data integrity through scheduled audits, cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and workflows.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.
  • Recommend best practices for workflow design, data governance, and cross-team efficiencies.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with Trulioo's long-term system strategy.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, IT, and external partners on integrations, data migrations, and system expansions.
  • Support CPQ-related processes as needed (product configuration, pricing logic, quote workflows).
  • Support release management by documenting changes, testing enhancements, and coordinating deployments.
  • Provide end-user enablement, including training, documentation, and onboarding materials.
