About The Position

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Aledade’s Salesforce platform and related systems. The administrator will work closely with a Salesforce team lead to identify, develop and deploy new business processes as prioritized by a Product Manager working with our core Business Operations teams (Growth, Launch, and Performance).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• 1+ years experience working in an Agile development environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience collaborating with Salesforce end users and other business stakeholders; strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Experience working with Jira is a plus
• Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Implement medium to high complexity designs created by the Salesforce technical leads
• Perform regular system maintenance according to Salesforce best practices
• Maintain qualifications and credentials via Trailhead and other training methods
• Maintains Jira tickets with current status and comments describing the relevant solution and outcome of each request
