About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin / Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and supporting Salesforce solutions across our organization. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable, high‑quality Salesforce functionality. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce administration experience and deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile, fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through declarative Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience.
  • 5+ years business analysis experience.
  • Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of development tools and processes to support use case development and solution design.
  • Advanced skills in critical thinking, analytics, and structured problem solving.
  • Proficiency collaborating across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and platform best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑facing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Ability to understand complex industry-specific requirements and convert them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and maintain requirement documentation including process flows, data models, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Develop a requirements management strategy outlining elicitation, documentation standards, and communication processes.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, ensuring stories are properly defined, reviewed, and prioritized.
  • Support the Product Owner in defining value, scope, and priorities for releases and sprints.
  • Ensure project needs align with the Statement of Work (SOW) and highlight scope variances for change control.
  • Build configurable, declarative Salesforce solutions using workflows, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other automation tools.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business processes to ensure solutions meet both current and future needs.
  • Work with design and technical teams to ensure alignment on business requirements and solution architecture.
  • Promote CRM best practices and ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards and governance.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce applications.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and upcoming releases.
  • Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps environments.
