About The Position

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and providing outstanding customer service. As a Salesfloor Clerk, you will work across multiple departments, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining a clean and safe store, and helping ensure our customers have a great shopping experience. You will report to the Store Manager and Department Managers and check in daily with the Person in Charge (PIC).

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly service and greet every customer warmly.
  • Assist customers with questions, requests, and product guidance.
  • Relay customer feedback to managers.
  • Stock shelves, endcaps, and displays, keeping products organized and visually appealing.
  • Rotate stock, label items accurately, and report price discrepancies.
  • Receive deliveries and ensure products are stored correctly.
  • Assist with produce, grocery, and wellness stock as needed.
  • Check out customers efficiently and accurately, following store procedures.
  • Bag and assist customers with purchases as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Handle returns and ensure proper documentation.
  • Close and balance cash drawers accurately at the end of your shift.
  • Keep shelves, coolers, counters, and bins clean and orderly.
  • Maintain bathrooms and department equipment in proper working order.
  • Alert PIC or managers to safety concerns, shoplifting, equipment issues, or emergencies.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support smooth store operations.
