Requirements

Responsibilities

Hunt: Work storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
Close: Build trust by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
Consult: Provide solutions for exterior construction—functional, cosmetic, and everything in between.
Grow: Career progression is built on merit. Master each plateau to earn more responsibility and income.
