Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with patients, families, and team members
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support team success

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain offices, lounges, restrooms, public areas, exam rooms, treatment rooms, and discharged patient rooms according to established schedules
Partner with nursing staff to ensure rooms meet cleanliness and sanitation standards for incoming patients
Serve as the “eyes and ears” of the care team by reporting concerns, safety issues, or patient needs
Safely remove waste and soiled linens following proper procedures
Use bed tracking systems, pagers, or phones (training provided) to communicate room readiness
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and other essentials
Properly use cleaning chemicals and follow dilution guidelines (training provided)
