About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales VP to lead and expand our commercial sales organization. This role requires a proven sales leader with a strong background in restoration and the ability to drive revenue growth through both leadership and client relationships.The Sales VP is responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting, and growing accounts. The primary focus will be on leveraging existing accounts and generating new revenue on a regional and national scale through the sale of our restoration, mitigation, and remediation services. You will build a revenue -generating sales funnel and work within a team to manage, maintain, and grow accounts. As a professional consultant, you will analyze restoration needs and recommend solutions that benefit both the client and our company.

Requirements

  • Restoration Industry experience.
  • Reporting through a CRM platform on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated success as a sales leader within the restoration industry.
  • Experience managing and developing a sales team with direct reports.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to bring immediate revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a growing sales team (currently 6 direct reports, expected to scale to 12).
  • Travel as required (25 -30%)to support business development and team initiatives.
  • Conduct regular field visits (2–3 times per week) to ride along, coach, and develop sales representatives.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships and fostering team success.
  • Fill your weekly calendar with prospecting and cold calling new accounts.
  • Increase sales revenue by consistently achieving sales and OKR goals.
  • Perform consistent follow -ups with prospects.
  • Attend all mandatory weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Develop long -term relationships and business partnerships with major clients.
  • Build scalable systems and processes as the business grows.
  • Apply innovative ideas to deliver excellent service to major accounts.
