Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales Training Specialist who loves building learning experiences that actually work in the real world - the kind that sellers use, remember, and apply. This role designs practical, engaging training that helps sellers build confidence, change behaviors, and perform at a higher level. You’ll blend modern instructional design, sales savvy, and technology-enabled learning to create experiences that fit naturally into sellers’ day-to-day work. You’ll partner closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure training aligns to strategy, tools, and how selling really happens. This role supports a globally distributed sales organization, so flexibility and collaboration across time zones are part of the job.
