About The Position

Uponor is rethinking water for future generations. Our offering, including safe drinking water delivery, energy-efficient radiant heating and cooling and reliable infrastructure, enables a more sustainable living environment. We help our customers in residential and commercial construction, municipalities and utilities, as well as different industries to work faster and smarter. Uponor is offering a n exciting ten-week summer internship program in our Sales Training department. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with our Sales Training team performing valuable work supporting key projects including a redesign and rebuild of our Blueprint for Sales Success program , radiant and heating development proje cts, and distributor engagement and tool training. During the summer you will connect with leaders throughout the company to learn more about Uponor ’s products and services and will participate in a variety of training sessions focused on preparation for your future careers .

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage.
• Strong project management skills.
• Interest in pursuing Learning & Development or Sales Enablement as a profession.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Applicants must be available for this time frame.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce, Showpad, and LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content development and maintenance on sales assets and digital learning modules.
• Support content development for radiant and heating initiatives.
• Ongoing development of distributor engagement content and tool training content.
• Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship
• Other duties as assigned.
