This role is responsible for strengthening Orascoptic' s commercial organization through leadership of both Sales Training and the RSSR development program. The position ensures sales representatives and RSSRs are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed in the field and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing and delivering onboarding and development programs, and providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback. The role also oversees the recruitment, onboarding, daily management, and performance development of the RSSR team, establishing KPIs, standard work practices, and structured field experiences. In addition, it manages program travel to maximize resources in covering open territories and events. By building a strong talent pipeline and aligning training and development with broader organizational strategies, this position drives both immediate sales effectiveness and long-term growth.
