ABOUT THE ROLE Window World of Houston is seeking a high-energy, servant-minded Sales Trainer to join our leadership team. This is not a 9-to-5 position. Our sales operation runs six days a week, and the right candidate understands that availability, presence, and consistency are what separate good trainers from great ones. You will be the cornerstone of our sales team's development - coaching, motivating, and equipping our in-home sales consultants with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to perform at the highest level. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience Performance Bonus Opportunity based on team sales results and training milestones Comprehensive Health Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) Retirement Plan with company participation Paid Time Off Company-provided resources and training tools KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, deliver, and continuously improve in-home sales training programs Onboard and develop new sales consultants from day one through full ramp-up Conduct field ride-alongs, role plays, and live coaching sessions Monitor individual and team performance metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective training Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable sales culture Partner with leadership to align training strategy with company growth goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and competitive positioning Be available and accessible across the six-day sales week, including evenings as needed QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS Required Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of measurable results Deep, working knowledge of in-home selling techniques and elevated sales methodology Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Patient, attentive listener who connects genuinely with people at all levels A naturally motivating, energetic personality that lifts the room Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and accountability Proven ability to teach complex material in accessible, engaging ways Positive, optimistic outlook - a glass-half-full mindset, every single day Preferred Experience in the home improvement or home services industry Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology tools Prior experience training or managing a sales team of 5+ reps CULTURE & EXPECTATIONS At Window World of Houston, we operate with a servant leadership philosophy.
