About The Position

Window World of Houston is seeking a high-energy, servant-minded Sales Trainer to join our leadership team. This is not a 9-to-5 position. Our sales operation runs six days a week, and the right candidate understands that availability, presence, and consistency are what separate good trainers from great ones. You will be the cornerstone of our sales team's development - coaching, motivating, and equipping our in-home sales consultants with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to perform at the highest level. Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of measurable results
  • Deep, working knowledge of in-home selling techniques and elevated sales methodology
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the home improvement or home services industry
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology tools
  • Prior experience training or managing a sales team of 5+ reps

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve in-home sales training programs
  • Onboard and develop new sales consultants from day one through full ramp-up
  • Conduct field ride-alongs, role plays, and live coaching sessions
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective training
  • Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable sales culture
  • Partner with leadership to align training strategy with company growth goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Be available and accessible across the six-day sales week, including evenings as needed
