As a Sales Trainer, you’ll grow revenue and accelerate sales professionals’ time to proficiency through sales training, advancement, and enablement programs. OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: Owning, creating, managing, updating and enhancing sales training curriculum (initial onboarding bootcamp + ongoing continuous education), presentations, and other content. Curriculum will be unique to each partner’s own value prop and messaging to their respective markets. Creating and delivering new sales training materials for new products, sales motions, growth initiatives, and more – including building variations of our curriculum, playbooks & content for external stakeholders (brokers, partner sales teams, etc.) Creating and maintaining online sales playbooks – including strategies, background, and context for how to sell various “pitches” and/or “sales motions” Working in partnership with various go-to-market managers and leaders to understand business requirements, opportunities for improvement, and how to leverage sales enablement disciplines to improve upon ability to meet revenue and development goals Understanding the goals and objectives of the Alegeus go-to-market growth organization – including both what quantitative goals are, and the strategies, programs, and tactics needed to meet those goals – including understanding the nuances of the varying roles, goals, and target markets for various segments of the Alegeus growth organization (SE, AE, BDE, etc.) ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. Requirements

  • Proactive, results-driven professional who delivers actionable insights, challenges assumptions, influences with impact, and energizes teams to drive sales success.
  • 5+ years of experience as a direct seller in a business-to-business selling organization
  • 5+ years of experience training sales professionals and/or developing training curriculum
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, communication, education, or the combined equivalent of professional and educational experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of managing sales professionals is preferred, not required
