Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Trainer to support the execution of sales training programs for our Neuromodulation Division. This role is crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to excel in a competitive medical device market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training within the medical technology sector, with a focus on neuromodulation or related fields. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive sales training programs aligned with organizational objectives and sales strategies Develop engaging training materials, modules, and presentations tailored to various skill levels and sales roles, incorporating adult learning principles Educate sales team members on the company's sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness Conduct training sessions through multiple methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, workshops, and field training Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with product launches and market needs Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales training, preferably within the medical device industry
  • Medical device sales experience is highly desirable
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 20%
