The Sales Trainer & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the onboarding experience for new sales hires across Marco’s Print and IT business units. This role ensures new sellers are confident, productive, and aligned to Marco’s sales standards as quickly as possible. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on live training, coaching reinforcement, and operational readiness.
