Heartland Sales Trainers provide comprehensive support and training to our sales channels to help develop and equip them to be productive in their job. The Sales Training team prides themselves with instilling "The Heartland Way" into every sales representative that comes to Heartland. The mission of a sales mentor is to grow Heartland's profit through the development of knowledge in the field and developing self-sustaining wealthy sales professionals. The vast majority of the Sales Trainers time will be allocated to new hire training in a virtual setting over various subjects. A Sales Trainer will train representatives over Heartland's methodologies, technologies and products. This position is unique to the company and it requires someone who is driven by creative freedom and who has an entrepreneurial spirit to "run their own shop" within a larger organization.
