About The Position
2027 Equities: Sales & Trading Summer Intern Program – New York (Undergraduate) Applications for our Equity Sales and Trading Internship in the New York Office are now open! Evercore ISI will hire equity sales and trading Summer Interns for the New York Office. Evercore ISI is the Street’s premier independent research firm, ranking #1 on a weighted basis in US equity research by Institutional Investor in 2023. Our teams’ coverage spans macro, policy, as well as deep industry expertise, including TMT, consumer, financials, healthcare, energy and cap goods. Sales and Trading Summer Interns at Evercore ISI will rotate through both Sales and Trading positions. In Sales, summer interns will have the opportunity to work with the team on value-add projects, attend client meetings, and shadow senior sales people on the desk. In Trading, summer interns will rotate across different product areas: Cash, Electronic, Options & Program and work on specific projects for the desk. At the end of the summer, each intern will be required to complete an in-depth stock pitch.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Relevant internship experience (preferred)
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
