Requirements

  • Experience as an OTC trader, sales trader or broker within the crypto space
  • Proven track record of generating and growing OTC trading revenue
  • Strong understanding of OTC trading, liquidity provision and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market structure
  • A deep understanding of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a highly client-centric approach to trading.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure, exercise sound judgment and manage high transaction volume in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to staying informed on market developments, industry trends and evolving digital asset dynamics
  • Must be comfortable working flexible hours in coordination with Singapore, London and US-based teams.

  • Derivatives and OTC structured product experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute trades on behalf of clients in an OTC setting, using your discretionary judgement based on market conditions and client goals.
  • Support and grow a 24-7 spot flow operation along with teams, while providing excellent client service across multiple time zones.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market to provide clients with market updates and assist them in navigating the volatile digital currency landscape.
  • Deliver actionable market insights, trading solutions and ideas to proactively approach clients
  • Leverage strong sales skills to generate new business and expand existing accounts to grow revenue and volumes
  • Grow and deepen existing client relationships through structured engagement and cross-selling relevant products to increase trading volumes and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to ensure smooth operation, consistent service and optimal trading conditions for clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with market developments, regulatory developments, and technical advancements related to cryptocurrencies to identify new business opportunities
