About The Position

The Sales Technology Specialist at Varsity Spirit plays a critical role in both supporting sales representatives and facilitating the smooth operation of sales technology systems used by the organization. The Sales Technology Support Representative will serve as a liaison for both external sales reps and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations for all Varsity Spirit’s apparel sales support technology systems. This position demonstrates commitment to the performance of the Sales Operations team at Varsity Spirit and directly enhances the student experience, capturing the essence of service and innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Varsity’s internal systems preferred- OMS, VDS, AS400, SFDC, Team Shops.
  • Experience with Varsity Spirit Fashion and Varsity All Star Fashion products preferred.
  • Success working under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Must be comofortable with a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude at all time sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Task oriented and self-motivated.
  • Cooperative team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance and oversight of day to day tasks
  • 2-4 years prior experience demonstrating success managing systems and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the day to day operations of assigned systems.
  • Identify pain points for the users and suggest areas of improvement through system enhancements or process improvement.
  • Serve as an internal liaison, while providing quality service for the Sales Team, keeping them abreast of current functionality and enhancements to assigned systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties regarding assigned systems.
  • Manage system/site content creation to meet established deadlines.
  • Communicate/Collaborate with multiple departments within the company.
  • Communicate/Collaborate with outside vendors.
  • Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.
